Improving people's quality of life may seem like such an abstract and complex concept that it seems almost unattainable. But if we look at it as a journey, made up of stages and shared goals, we understand that every step in the right direction makes the goal closer and more real.

The inauguration of the new LaFa, Loste Café and Crosta restaurants and the presentation of the logo of the Milano Certosa District was a new, important step in this development path, undertaken a few years ago by RealStep.

"The regeneration of this district does not only pass through the transformation of buildings into functional, innovative and 100% carbon-free solutions," explained RealStep CEO Stefano Sirolli from the stage. "Regeneration means improving the quality of life of employees, citizens and young people and filling their day 24 hours a day with neighborhood clubs and shops and engaging and inclusive activities."

Because the real revolution in this project lies in the desire to enhance the entire urban context and to create a system of social and economic relations that can last over time.

This was also confirmed by Alessia Cappello, Councillor for Economic Development and Labour Policies of the Municipality of Milan, and Giulia Pelucchi, President of Municipality 8, who in their speeches underlined how RealStep's development plan is not "dropped from above" but designed with real attention to the territory and human relationships that are consolidated thanks to commercial activities.

This attention was also reiterated during the presentation of the new image of the Milano Certosa District. A logo that speaks of "evolution, innovation and creativity" and that "comes from the involvement of the community of Certosa and the young people who live in the neighborhood," as explained by RealStep's Marketing Director Roberta Pacifici, accompanied on stage by Polytechnic professor Stefano Mandato and the students who created the logo.

In the same way, the desire to put territory and people at the center has played a fundamental role in the development of the Certosa Food District. According to Vincenzo Giannico, Executive Director of RealStep, it was precisely the opportunity to identify with this vision that prompted the new restaurateurs to join the project and create "an alliance on quality food". Healthy, genuine and creative preparations, offered during the event and highly appreciated by all present, as well as the musical entertainment, which unleashed not only the guests but also the residents themselves.
