On the occasion of Milan Design Week 2023, the Milano Certosa District hosted the "Innovation for Living" exhibition, designed by Pininfarina Architecture as part of the Fuorisalone, in the fascinating spaces of La Cattedrale. A visionary set-up that involved companies, startups and professionals engaged in the design of solutions for the future of living and selected by DesignTech, the first technological innovation hub dedicated to design.
Among the projects featured in the exhibition, the new Microlino stands out, a small concentrate of design and innovation in smart mobility presented by Koelliker for the first time in Italy. Also present are numerous brands and design studios active in the fields of furniture, biotech, IoT, AI, blockchain, 3D printing and augmented reality.
In addition to the main exhibition, each of the days was enlivened by a series of events such as talks, workshops, live music and performances that saw a large participation of experts, enthusiasts and onlookers.
The construction site of the new CoFactory, designed by RealStep SICAF, the main partner of the Fuorisalone in the district, for DesignTech, was also unveiled to visitors. An innovative space, where the most advanced rapid prototyping technologies will be made available to companies and professionals.
